About The Post Coffee Company
Hey there! I'm Hayley, the founder of The Post Coffee Company in Delray Beach, Florida.
I was born and raised in Michigan, and moved down to Florida in 2017 and this is now where I call home. My background is hospitality, and after many years of working for others, I craved for something more. After some reflection and a few motivational pushes, I realized it was time to follow my passion. But the big question was—what was my passion?
Through a mix of creativity and a lot of sticky notes, I landed on the idea of a coffee cart. The concept clicked, and I immediately hit the ground running. The Post is inspired by my love for travel, exploration, simplicity, and a delicious cup of coffee.
My hope for The Post is to bring people together. Coffee inspires conversation, conversation forms connection, and connection shapes a community.
